Our company offers a free replacement or full refund if there are quality issues with the products sold within the warranty period. Shandong Finer Lifting Tools Co., LTD will bear the round-trip freight for the replacement.

Note: The returned goods must be well packaged (including packaging fillers and outer packaging boxes or outer packaging bags). You can repack them. If there are collision sounds inside the package or small items are scattered in the package, please be sure to put in sufficient fillers. For the specific warranty period of each product, please contact our sales staff. Moreover, every product produced and sold by our company will undergo strict testing before leaving the factory to ensure the quality of the shipped products.

1）Products beyond the quality guarantee period.
